Hi, I am Lili đź‘‹

I grew up dancing—travelling with a troupe, performing show after show. It was mostly folk and ballet ballet, with a bit of acro thrown in because I couldn’t resist being upside down. Handstands were definitely my thing.

Then life happened. At uni I did nothing remotely active and really missed moving. I tried the gym (awful), tried some classes (also awful), and then one day I saw a Nero music video with a pole dancer and thought: I have to try that. I did, and I’ve never looked back.

Pole opened the door to everything else I love now: yoga, silks, hoop, acro, straps, flying trapeze… basically, if it involves movement and being upside down, I’m in.

Philosophy

I’m a big believer in cross-training, listening to your body, and training smart so you can keep doing what you love without injuries.

My classes are all about active flexibility, mobility, and moving at your pace—because the fastest way to progress is to stay safe, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey.

For cross training purposes I can recommend some flexibility, mobility and other aerial classes around London and online, feel free to message me.
